Russian occupation troops suffered significant casualties in the Kherson Region.

This was reported in the morning summary by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In the Southern Buh direction, Russian invaders use artillery and MLRS to shell several settlements.

The General Staff noted that the occupation forces of the Russian Federation suffered numerous casualties in the Kherson Region.

“The enemy continues to lose personnel and equipment. During the day, the Territorial Defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shot down a Мі-35М helicopter in the Donetsk Region. There are some local successes in Zaporizhzhia. The enemy personnel casualties are also high in the Kherson Region,” the statement said.

Ukrainian combat aviation struck enemy’s locations in Kherson, Kakhovka, and Beryslav districts of the Kherson Region.

Yesterday the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit a Russian base in occupied Nova Kakhovka in the Kherson Region.

This is not the first shelling of Nova Kakhovka facilities, turned into military sites by Rashists. On June 14, a base at one of the city enterprises was destroyed.

Ukrainian helicopters struck the Russian military positions with 122-mm S-13 missiles.

The attacks against invaders were launched by Mi-8MSB-V helicopters, which had previously undergone large repairs and modernization at the Motor Sich enterprise.

They used 122mm S-13 unguided missiles designed to destroy shelters, as well as equipment and manpower in those shelters.

Equipping the Mi-8MSB-V with S-13 unguided rockets significantly expanded the combat capabilities of Ukrainian helicopters. S-13 rockets fit the B-13L launcher, 5 units per launch.
