DESPERATE Russians are creating 'Mad Max'-style vehicles with bolted on improvised armour as they cower in the face of British anti-tank missiles in Ukraine.
Pictures from across the war-ravaged country appear to show how Putin's monsters have tried to adapt their vehicles to shield themselves as they advance in their bloody invasion.
But the modifications - which look straight out of the blockbuster dystopian franchise Mad Max - vary markedly.
One photo shows what looks like a troop carrier with a large bolted-on armour plate-covering the windshield.
The dodgy-DIY work leaves just two slits so the driver can see where they're going.
There also appears to be improvised armour covering both side windows and doors in a similar effort to protect themselves.
Another picture shows a destroyed military carrier sporting heavily rusted corrugated panelling which wouldn't look out of place on the roof of a chicken shed.
One standout vehicle shows how a particularly desperate group of soldiers resorted to tying wooden logs to protect themselves.
The DIY-job appears so botched that the logs are all different lengths and stick out the sides of the vehicle.
Another photo shows a portly Russian invader grinning in front of another rust bucket of the Russian army which has also been heavily modified.
Bolted-on panels - which look little more than bungled-together scrap metal - appear to cover the entire vehicle front to back with no exposed openings.
There even appears to be an armoured awning which may have been thrown together to protect from aerial attacks.
The vehicles are reminiscent of how Jihadist terror group ISIS modified their own vehicles as they rampaged across the Middle East.
Pictures from the height of their terror in Syria and Iraq show how the evil fighters nailed shoddy metal plating to cars and people carriers.
The bizarre modifications follow similar pictures from February which showed Russian trucks hanging their flak jackets out of their windows.
CNN's Frederik Pleitgen suggested this could be a poor attempt to shield soldiers from Ukrainian sniper fire knowing their windows cannot hold off heavy weaponry.
TERRIFIED
The panicked modifications may be in frantic reaction to British-supplied anti-tank missile launchers which have unleashed carnage on the invading Russian forces.
The UK is understood to have sent over 10,000 anti-tank NLAW weapons to Ukraine to help its defence against Vladimir Putin.
Ukrainian troops have hailed the lethal British donations as "beautiful" and thanked the Queen for the "gifts".
They have even asked for more of the "toys" to be sent.
While the British Starstreak high-velocity missile system has also been seen wreaking havoc on Russian forces.
Extraordinary videos show the system blasting Russian helicopters out of the sky in extraordinary displays of Western domination over the ill-equipped Russian army.
The photos come as Kremlin soldiers have reportedly been left underequipped, under resourced, facing starvation and even seeing their vehicles run out of fuel throughout the course of the war.
Pictures also show Russian soldiers appearing to be using commercially available, unencrypted walkie talkies amongst a string of other eye-opening revelations of what kit Putin's butchers are using.
These few examples raise serious questions about the military might which Putin always boasts as one of the greatest in the world.
