The UK and 🇦🇱🇫🇷🇮🇪🇳🇴🇺🇸 have called for a Security Council meeting on #Ukraine.
Russia is committing war crimes and targeting civilians.

The meeting was requested by US, Albania, UK, France, Ireland & Norway. We have asked for briefings by @UNDPPA @Refugees @WHO

Up to 1,200 people are thought to have been using the theatre as a shelter when Russian bombs struck and completely destroyed it - despite signs saying 'children' being clearly visible outside
